Making Money in the 2021 Belmont Stakes

Bet the 7 Rock Your World to Win.
Then, play dollar tri part wheel: 7 with 8 over ALL and dollar tri part wheel 7 with ALL with 8.
The Reason:
California horses have been better than East coast horses this Triple Crown season. Hot Rod Charlie, Medina Spirit, and Rombauer have proven that in the first two Triple Crown races. However, when it comes to the test of champions, The Belmont Stakes, I use the CI index and both 7 Rock Your World and 8 Overtook have a 1/1. Yet, I think the 7 Rock Your World is the better horse of the two and the best horse in the field. Therefore, my bet to win and the 8 Overtook and improving Pletcher, who always has live runners on the dirt, is the value to land underneath in the vertical exotics exacta, trifecta, superfecta.
I would love to see Essential Quality win. However, he offers no value and has not dominated as the races have grown longer. He won races at 1mile and 1/16 and shorter, but won only by a head at 1 mile and 1/8th and lost by a length at 1 mile 1/4. Hard to swallow short odds on that progress.
The 4 Hot Rod Charlie has been running well, the California horses seem a notch above the East coast horses, but Hot Rod Charlie seems to finish in the money and not win. 2 wins out of 8 races and the wins were in a maiden special weight and a lackluster Louisiana Derby. He can win, especially with Pratt, but he will be on a saver ticket and included in my horizontal wagers.
As for the rest of the field, I always give Pletcher horses a chance. It may be that I favor the East Coast and have won many times on Pletcher's horses or even better the longer half of Pletcher's entries -- 1 Bourbonic, 8 Overtook, and Pletcher's top choice, sans Irad, 6 Hidden Agenda.
All in all, 8 Grade 1 Stake Races on the card with some quality fields and beautiful weather along with fans in the stands, it promises to be a great start to summer racing 2021.
